• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year of working experience
• Strong knowledge of up-to-date expertise in Information System
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given points
• Strong relationship building skills and communication skills
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and adaptive to changes
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. MS Excel
• Good Knowledge of ERP applications, SharePoint, MS SQL, Power BI, HRMS, Audit system, Company Secretary Management system, etc.
• Good Command of spoken and written Mandarin, Chinese and English

• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
• Manage customer relationships and expectations
• Gather and analyst user's requirement
• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others.
• Analysis data and build up various analysis reports
• Maintain the projects quality by time and quality control methods e.g., design and involve testing and project plan
• Prepare project materials e.g. user/functional specification, training materials, testing materials, project plan and schedule
• Ensure the project is running in a right track
• Report daily projects / tasks progress and status to supervisor
